Warranty

At Knead, we offer only the best products that can stand up against the rigors of every day use. They are tested to the industry's leading standards and have our seal of quality. That's why we're proud to offer a five (5) year warranty for our products, for which the policy begins at the date of delivery.

If there are any manufacturing defects, we will repair the part that is defective or replace the product in its entirety with the same product. If the part or the product has been discontinued, we will replace with a comparable product.

Exceptions

The warranty will cover standard use of the product and has some exceptions. These exceptions are:

• Misuse of the product, including usage of product outside of an office or home office setting
• Mistreatment of the product, including damage resulting from sharp or blunt objects
• Normal wear and tear
• Discolouration due to light exposure, chemical exposure, and friction
• Failure of parts due to overloading weight

Defects or damage resulting from everyday use, negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, or modifications will not be covered by the warranty.

Surface Materials

Surface material warranty is for a period of two (2) years. Surface materials include:

• Seating fabrics and meshes
• Laminates excluding wood core
