We currently ship to the continental US and Canada. Our goal is to bring Knead to you around the world so email us at hello@kneadfurniture.com and let us know which country you'd like us to get to next.

Your order will ship from our warehouse within 3 business days and depending on where you're located, your order will arrive in 1-5 business days thereafter. You will receive an email with your tracking number once it has been picked up.

Shipping within the continental US is free. For shipments to a Canadian address, the shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout. Note that shipping to a Canadian address may have a provincial and / or federal customs tax charge, payable on delivery. 

Sorry, we do not. Our products require a signature to confirm receipt so we are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box address.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Knead products but if you find that it isn't right for you, we'll take it back.

Here’s how it works: Starting from the day you receive any product from Knead, you have the next 30 days to work in it to make sure you love it. If it’s not the right fit for you, you can simply request for a return. Returns made inside our standard service area will incur a $49 return shipping fee - for some smaller items a $19 return shipping fee will apply. 

If you decide that your new Knead product isn’t for you, you can return it any time within 30 days of your purchase. To initiate a return, please complete the Return Request Form here.

Once the item is back at our warehouse it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition, we will issue a refund less 1) repackaging fees (if applicable) and 2) $49 for furniture products or $19 for smaller accessories.

Please note: All returns must be made with the undamaged original Knead packaging. If you do not have the original packaging on hand, there is an additional $50 per item repackaging fee which will be deducted from the total refunded to you.

After inspecting the returned products, your refund will be transferred to you in the original form of payment, typically within 5-10 business days.

Warranty

Our products are guaranteed by a limited 5 year warranty. To help us assess the issue, please send photographs of the product from various angles and distances, or a video of the issue you're experiencing to support@kneadfurniture.com.

Defects or damage resulting from everyday use, negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, or modifications will not be covered by the warranty.

Our warranties are non-transferable, and cannot be extended to re-sold items. Warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purpose and exhibit normal use. At this point in time, we don't offer samples to try before you buy. We're confident you'll love our products and if you're not, we have a 30-day risk-free trial period.
